A California Real Estate Specialist, Joan brings decades of experience in California’s dynamic real estate market, with deep roots in Oxnard, Ventura, and the surrounding Ventura County communities as well as the Greater Palm Springs area. Her journey began as a Broker’s Assistant, quickly evolving into a successful career as a licensed Realtor®. After years in real estate, Joan followed her creative passion into professional photography, building a nationally recognized career that continues today. Her award-winning work has been featured in Vanity Fair, Rolling Stone, Coastal Living, and Dwell, and she has collaborated with top publishing houses like Simon & Schuster and Penguin Random House.

Joan’s creative eye and production expertise have also led her to roles as Photo Director and Photo Editor for leading home decor brands including Chairish and EBTH, as well as collaborations with interior designers across California. Joan’s personal journey came full circle when she purchased a 1957 beach bungalow in Hollywood Beach, reigniting her passion for real estate. Today, she combines her extensive experience in real estate, creative direction, and visual storytelling to help clients buy and sell homes in Oxnard, Hollywood Beach, Silver Strand, Ventura, and Camarillo in addition to the Coachella Valley.
